Oklahoma City is one of those games that really come fired up for a game, after losing a game and this is why they are 7-2 ATS on their last 9 games following a loss. They had the game controlled at Golden State until Russell Westbrook had a mental collapse and ruined the team's chances of winning the game. I expect him to come fired up tonight and if there is a matchup where he can really have a monster game, it's against the Kings. Isiah Thomas is now Sacramento's starting PG and Sacramento is #30 in pick and roll ball handler defense and #25 in transition defense. They are also super prone to commit turnovers and they committed 25 in their last game against the Suns!
Sacramento's offense is once again showing no flow on their ball movement, with too much dribbling. However, they have been able of having nice games at the paint lately, with 52, 62, 40, 50, 60 and 58 points in the paint over their last six games. However, they faced teams like Cleveland, Charlotte and Phoenix during this span, while a fired up Thunder team won't be an easy matchup for them, especially with Kendrick Perkins defending DeMarcus Cousins. These two teams have already played at Oklahoma City earlier on the season, with the Thunder winning the game by 10 points, however the result at half time was at 61-42, with Oklahoma City relaxing in the second half, as they were in the middle of a winning streak. This time, they are coming from a loss, so I expect them to bounce back tonight and have an easy blowout win over the Kings. I'm taking Oklahoma City tonight.
