MLB - 913 Miami Marlins @ Colorado Rockies

I expect this game to be another very tough one for Pomeranz, as not only he has been struggling lately, as he had soreness on his chest throughout this week and he had his start moved from Wednesday to today. Therefore, with his team facing one of the best pitchers in the league, a small error might cost a lot to the Rockies today and Pomeranz on his current form and banged up won't be able to handle the Marlins' lineup, whose hitting has been improving on this series (.206, .229, .350 BA).
Miami will start Johnson today and he is coming from an outing where he couldn't have pitched much better, as after allowing a solo HR in the 1st inning, he didn't allow any runs in the following seven innings. He had four great outings in his last five games, while going 2-2 with a 1.60 ERA, 0.832 WHIP and 33/9 K/BB ratio in 33.2 IP. Colorado is a good hitting team at home, but they will surely have some problems against an in-form Johnson, as shown by the fact that the Rockies roster is hitting .178 BA and .451 OPS against him.
With such a SP edge on this contest and with Miami's offense finally starting to wake up, I believe the Marlins should be able to score a good enough number of runs today to win this game, as Johnson will surely have another good outing today. Therefore, I'll be taking Miami to win this game.
