The Clippers aren't just winning their games, they are crushing their opponents amazingly! Their offense can do even more than they have been doing, but with large leads they lose focus and get lost in the middle with turnovers: too much showtime! But if their opponents can score at a good rhythm as well, then they are forced to keep focused on offense and with that, we will eventually have a huge shootout between these two teams. This is exactly what I believe it will happen today between the Nuggets and the Clippers. During their winning streak, the Clippers are averaging a defensive rating of 97.6! This is an excellent number, however the level of their opponents' offenses wasn't very impressive: MIN  #20, SAC #22, UTA #11, DAL #19, PHX #14, TOR #16, CHI #24, CHA #25, MIL #27, DET #21, NOH #23, SAC #22 and PHX #14. Not a single top 10 team! They will now face Denver, who is #8 on offensive rating and they have been even better lately, as they averaged 106.7 on the first 14 games of the season, while they are averaging 112.3 on the last 14 games! 

The Nuggets will set their fast pace tonight and so, we will have a run and gun game between the two teams with more fast break points per game in the league: Denver is #1 with 18.2 ppg and the Clippers are #2 with 17.8 ppg! Therefore, I don't expect the Clippers to have the great defensive numbers that they have been averaging this season, as they will face a great offensive team. On the other hand, Denver will struggle on defense, as Denver is struggling on their perimeter defense (#26 with 37.2% 3pts allowed) and the Clippers with the Chris Paul leading the team has a good chance of exploring the bad perimeter defense of the Nuggets. I believe this will be a fast paced game, with both teams having great offensive games, therefore I'll be taking the Over in here on a Double Dime Play!
