NBA Premium Play 12/18: Indiana Pacers @ Milwaukee Bucks

NBA - 511 Indiana Pacers @ 512 Milwaukee Bucks

Projected Line: Indiana by 1 point

***DOUBLE DIME PLAY - SPLIT THE WAGER***

After facing a bunch of poor or struggling team, Milwaukee got crushed by the Clippers. I know that was a bad spot for the Bucks, but the team was never in the game. This is a potential revenge game for Indiana, as they lost at Milwaukee early on the season by 99-85, in a game that the Bucks led at halftime by 60-34! However, that game was played during the best moment of the Bucks season and the worst moment of the Pacers season. Now things are quite the opposite, so I expect tonight's result to be very different as well. The Pacers offense was horrible in that game and that's the main reason why they were never in the game.

Milwaukee's offense has been having good numbers on pick and rolls and transitions, but the Pacers defense is #1 on transitions, so they should be a tough matchup for the Bucks tonight. Milwaukee isn't being consistent with Ersan Ilyasova, the Bucks frontcourt doesn't scare anymore, as they just can grab offensive rebounds, but Indiana is #2 on defensive rebounding and they won't allow a lot of second chance points to the Bucks tonight. Therefore, there will be a lot of pressure on Brandon Jennings and Monta Ellis. Beno Udrih is still out, Mike Dunleavy returns tonight, but he won't probably be at 100%. Indiana's main struggle is at the SF position without Danny Granger, but Marquis Daniels isn't a threat.

Indiana's recent offensive improvements have been a result of a better backcourt play. Paul George was the player of the week, while George Hill has also been playing well. Therefore, Milwaukee's defense will struggle in defending the Pacers backcourt tonight, as both Ellis and Jennings aren't good defenders. Milwaukee's frontcourt has good conditions to limit Roy Hibbert tonight, but the Pacers still have a great chance to win tonight. They are playing better, they are winning a lot on the road lately, with wins against the Lakers, Chicago and Detroit, therefore I believe they will get revenge from their past loss at Milwaukee and get the win tonight. I'm taking Indiana in here on a Double Dime Play! Split the wager!
