Denver is coming from a super tough battle at home against Memphis last Friday night, where it was very hard to score easy points down low against the Grizzlies. However, their edge on transition plays and free throw attempts gave them the win. Tonight against the Kings, Denver won't have problems in scoring down low, as Sacramento has the 3rd worst rim defense in the league by allowing 66% FG!
Sacramento has been playing better lately and this was due to their improved offense, as their defense is regressing. They are allowing 17.2 fast break points per game and their transition defense is also regressing. Sacramento is also struggling on pick and rolls defense and Ty Lawson will dominate Aaron Brooks tonight. On the other hand, the Kings' offense isn't committing so many errors and they are also shooting better. Denver has been struggling on their perimeter defense and with the Kings shooting better from the 3pts line lately, I expect Sacramento to have a good offensive game in here as well. I see this game being a very high scoring game and so, I'll be taking the Over in here.
