Milwaukee went to overtime last night at Boston, so they had to use their starters with heavy minutes. Monta Ellis and Brandon Jennings had to make a huge effort due to the Bucks having a shorthanded backcourt right now, with Ellis playing 41 minutes and Jennings 48 minutes. If they were questionable for last night's game due to some injuries, I doubt they will be at 100% tonight. With Milwaukee being a jump shooting team, I expect them to struggle tonight on a poor spot for them. At the same time, Brandon Jennings will struggle in defending Kyrie Irving.
This will be the third game between these two teams and on the first two games, Cleveland was competitive by losing the games by 3 and 4 points. Even without Anderson Varejao, I don't believe Cleveland's frontcourt will get severely outplayed by the poor offensive skilled frontcourt of the Bucks. I expect this game to be a backcourt battle, where Cleveland should be able to be competitive. Therefore, I'll be taking the Cavs in here.
