This isn't a great spot for Memphis, as they opened the second half of the season with two games in a row at Detroit and Toronto, just to comeback home to face Orlando with just 1 day off. The good news for the Grizzlies is that Orlando is super shorthanded right now with some injured players, while the players they got from yesterday's trade with Milwaukee won't still be available for tonight. This means that it is likely that Orlando will have just seven available players: E'Twaun Moore, Arron Afflalo, Andrew Nicholson, Moe Harkless, Nikola Vucevic plus DeQuan Jones and Kyle O'Queen!
The Magic are the least aggressive team in the league (#30 in FT attempts per game) and considering the fact that they are a jump shooting team and they have so little offensive talent available for tonight, I expect them to get completely shutdown by the Grizzlies's elite defense! On the other hand, Memphis is coming from a brutal physical game at Toronto, so they aren't in great conditions to have a big offensive game tonight. I also believe this contest will be played at a slow pace, as Orlando without any depth tonight won't be able to run like they did on their last game at Dallas. The Grizzlies like to play on half court and they should be able to pound the Magic down low tonight, however Orlando's coach has been using zone defense, so I expect him to do the same thing tonight. I see this game being a very low scoring game and so, I'll be taking the Under in here.
