NBA Premium Play 02/13: Philadelphia 76ers @ Milwaukee Bucks

NBA - 719 Philadelphia 76ers @ 720 Milwaukee Bucks

Projected Line: 191 points

Philadelphia is really struggling on offense right now, something normal considering their current offensive talent available. Without Thaddeus Young, Philadelphia has no interior reference on offense, something that it makes defending Jrue Holiday a much easier task for the opponents. On their last game against the Clippers, Spencer Hawes shot 2-7 FG, Lavoy Allen 2-4 FG and Evan Turner 4-14 FG, so the Sixers's starting SF, PF and Center shot a combined of 6-25 FG! Coach Collins has been trying to maximize his team's chances to be competitive by setting an incredible slow pace lately. Philadelphia is a half court team (89.20 average pace for the season), but their average pace for their last five games = 86.3! Super slow!

They will play at Milwaukee tonight, a team that is currently struggling as well. Milwaukee was pounded down low on their last game against Washington one more time, as they allowed 50 points in the paint. They had already lost to Detroit at home on their previous games, while allowing 52 points in the paint! The bad news is that Larry Sanders is once again out for tonight's contest, but unlike the Wizards and the Pistons (who had Greg Monroe and Nene), Philadelphia doesn't have a decent interior player to crush the Bucks's current poor interior defense. Milwaukee has showed throughout the season an excellent ball movement at times, but they are struggling on this area as well lately, with just 15, 19 and 23 assists on their last three games, in a clear sign of lack of confidence.

This will be the third game between these two teams this season. The first two contests were high scoring games, but they were player under very different circumstances, with both teams being healthy and with another level of offensive dynamic that they aren't currently having. Therefore, I expect this contest to be a low scoring game and so, I'll be taking the Under in here.
