There is a lot of rivalry between these two teams, so every time one of the teams has a chance of crush the other, they don't waste the opportunity. The LA Sparks had a mental block on road games this season, but they crushed Tulsa on the road on their last game to crush that mental block. The Sparks lost at Phoenix early on the season by 81-97, so this is a big revenge game for them. They will face Phoenix at the right time, as their center Brittney Griner won't play tonight and she is the key for the team's defensive scheme that is already quite poor even with her on the field. Phoenix has the second worst defense in the league with a defensive rate of 107.6 and that was quite visible on their last game when San Antonio went to Phoenix and scored 88 points. The Silver Stars have no inside presence, but they were still able to score 44 points in the paint against the Mercury! Therefore, I expect the Sparks to take advantage of their edge down low with Candace Parker and Nneka Ogwumike to dominate tonight's game, picking up a comfortable win for them in here.
