I think that the Indians are the best play in the board for tonight. The White Sox simply doesn’t have any kind of motivation for tonight. Rios, Dunn, Pierzynski are out while Konerko is banged up and in the top of this, the White Sox offense has sucked lately and not surprisingly the club has missed the playoffs.
Floyd has been horrible as of late but he is coming from a solid win at home against the Rays in his last start. Note that I had him as my single dime play because the Rays simply cannot hit “cutters” and Floyd’s best pitch is a sharp cutter. Floyd allowed just one run but still he struggled badly with his command by allowing 5 walks: ERA=1.80 but FIP=6.30 & xFIP=4.58!
He struggles against lefties hitters w/ .294 BA, 5.80 FIP and 4.68 xFIP vs. .228 BA, 3.43 FIP & 3.93 xFIP against RH’s hitters and the Indians are loaded of LH’s hitters. Tonight’s lineup:

On the other side Huff is fighting for something tonight. He wants a job next season and actually he has been good lately by allowing 3, 1, 3 and 2 ER’s in his L4 starts so I see him perform quite well tonight.
