After a great start of the season, Jon Lester is now struggling with 7, 3, 4, 4 and 5 runs allowed on his last five outings, while having a poor command: 3/7, 4/3, 5/4 and 8/1 on his last four starts. Lester may have great historical numbers against Baltimore, but since the Orioles improved (last season), he has allowed 4, 2 and 3 runs on his outings against them, while having poor K/BB ratios.
Baltimore will start Miguel Gonzalez, who has been excellent since he came back from the DL, if we exclude a bad start against Detroit. He was particularly great on his last outing against the Angels, where he was pretty good with just one run allowed in eight innings, while having a 5/1 K/BB ratio. Considering Lester's current struggles and the fact that Gonzalez is currently on his best moment of the season, I believe Baltimore will take advantage of their nice offense and SP edge on this matchup to pick up the win today.
