These are the players that the Bobcats will have available for tonight: Walker, Henderson, Brown, Mullens, Biyombo, White, Higgins, Moon and Carroll! Charlotte had natural problems against Chicago on half court, as they were completely outrebounded by the best rebounding team in the league and on a slow paced game, Charlotte's offense really lacks the talent to score with their current three frontcourt players and Walker. The Bobcats had little volume on the inside and their outside side had very little efficiency as usual. The only thing that Charlotte was able to do "well" was transition plays with 6-10 FG, but besides that they had a lot of problems on spot up and P&R's players.
I expect them to have similar problems today against Memphis, as they will face another good frontcourt, with a lot of size and that will make things very hard for the Bobcats. Memphis also puts a lot of pressure on the ball handler and the Bobcats lack a true PG, even though they aren't actually committing a lot of turnovers lately. Besides that, there will be a huge rebounding edge for Memphis and so, the key in here will be in Memphis' mindset for today. They have already secured a playoff spot, but they can still try to get the #4 seed and have homecourt edge, so they will be focused today. Therefore, I expect the Grizzlies to completely blowout the lowly Bobcats today and so, I'll take them in here.
