NBA Premium Play 04/14: Indiana Pacers @ Milwaukee Bucks

NBA - 711 Indiana Pacers @ 712 Milwaukee Bucks

Projected line: Milwaukee by 6 points

The Pacers have been struggling to play well since they defeated Oklahoma City at home. They immediately lost at home against Boston, then they struggled to beat Toronto, they needed to go to overtime to beat Cleveland and even yesterday, even though they had a blowout win over the hapless Cavs, I remember that Indiana was down by 18-32 midway in the 2nd quarter. Basically, they are struggling to play quality minutes for the whole game. They have secured a playoff spot, they are watching Orlando fading away and so, they are currently in a comfortable situation in the standings. Collison is doubtful for today and he is the best passer in the team. In a potential fast paced game like today's, I believe the Pacers are headed into some ball movement problems.

On the other hand, Milwaukee is fighting for a playoff spot and they are basically dominating the lowly teams, but struggling against good teams and this was why they got recently blown out by this very same Pacers at home by 104-125! That blowout win for the Pacers was the result of a performance that will be extremely hard to repeat. Indiana made 43 FG in that game, but with just 19 assists, while the Bucks made 40 FG with 30 assists! Indiana didn't make any damage on the inside, as their offense relied on the outside shooting, with incredible numbers from 12-26 FG from 16-23 feet and 7-12 3pts! Note that Milwaukee shot 6-25 FG from 16-23 feet and 10-21 3pts!

I believe Milwaukee will have a lot more effort than Indiana in today's game as they need this win really badly and if the Pacers believe they can outscore the Bucks today in the same way they did a couple of weeks ago, they are really wrong. Therefore, I expect a comfortable win for Milwaukee today and so I'll take them in here.

Pick: 3 units (Single Dime Play) on 712 Milwaukee Bucks (-3) @ -110 / 1.91 on Bookmaker
