NBA Premium Play 02/22: Detroit Pistons @ Toronto Raptors

NBA - 501 Detroit Pistons @ 502 Toronto Raptors

Projected lines: 192 points | Toronto by 8 points

Detroit is coming from a close loss in Cleveland in a game of runs. Detroit had a 2nd quarter, but then in the fourth quarter their perimeter defense showed how horrible they are. Both Irving and Gee pull out a great show, as the two scored the Cavs' first 17 points in the fourth and 30 of the Cavs' 35 in the quarter in which they outscored the Pistons by 12! Cleveland had no efficiency on the inside game with 18-35 FG at the rim, however they looked good on the outside with 5-14 FG from 16-23 feet and 9-18 3pts by exploring the bad perimeter defense of Detroit, with also 9-11 FG in transition! On the other hand, Detroit's offense saw a terrible game from Prince, but they also struggled with 16-33 FG at the rim. Still, Detroit had a good outside game with 8-16 FG from 16-23 feet and 7-17 3pts! They tired to run, but with little efficiency with 5-16 FG in transition! Prince played 33 minutes, Monroe 35 minutes, Stuckey 34 minutes and Knight 36 minutes.

On the other hand, Toronto is coming from a complete humiliation with a home loss against Charlotte. They had 4 days off to rest, so this is a super good spot. The Raptors have a dynamic backcourt and they will have a similar edge to the on the Cavs had last night. Also the Raptors defense at the rim is good, so Monroe might struggle today. Toronto's offense has been better lately due to a faster pace and more fast break points, as they averaged 13.8 fast break points over the last 10 games, while they average just 10.7 points for the season. Looking at the bounce back spot and the physical edge, I'll take Toronto in here. I expect a fast paced game with some decent offense being played and therefore, I'll take the over in here as well.

Pick: 3 units (Single Dime Play) on 502 Toronto Raptors (-4) @ -110 / 1.91 on Bookmaker
