Both teams are red hot on the offensive end right now. They are also playing on a fast pace, so all my projections point for this game to be a pure run and gun contest and looking to the previous head to head games, we can easily understand why I like the over so much in here. In terms of matchup, the mismatches favoring the offense are all over the place: Monta and K-Mart defending each other? Same goes for Scola and Lee. Both teams are shooting over 40% on both 16-23 feet and 3pts shots over their past 5 games and with a favorable physical spot for both teams today, I don't expect them to struggle offensively at all. Besides that, I believe Houston has two key edges for tonight: bench and rebounding. Due to the fact they have a more potent second unit, I expect the Rockets to be more assertive down the stretch, while their rebounding edge will give them extra possessions. Therefore, I'll be taking the over in here on a Double Dime Play, while I'll also take the Rockets on the moneyline on this contest.
