NBA Premium Play 04/12: Memphis Grizzlies @ Houston Rockets

NBA - 715 Memphis Grizzlies @ 716 Houston Rockets

Projected Line: Memphis by 1 point

Memphis is on a missing to secure home court advantage on the first round of the playoffs and so, they need to keep winning their games. On the other hand, Houston is between the #6 and the #7 seed, but honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they prefer the #7 seed to avoid Denver, who crushed them repeatedly during this regular season. The Rockets will be without Chandler Parsons tonight and James Harden is also still playing banged up. Memphis is an elite defensive team and they are especially good on transition defense and on individual matchups like the one they will have against Harden tonight, so I expect Houston to struggle on offense tonight.

On the other side, the Rockets's post up defense has been horrible lately with 1.12 PPP allowed on their last five games and this is an area where the Grizzlies's offense excels with their powerful frontcourt. Memphis will also have Jerryd Bayless back for tonight, a player who provides to the team a nice scoring punch coming off the bench. I believe Memphis is not only a better team than Houston, as they will have more motivation to win tonight's contest, so I'll be taking them in here.

Pick: 3 units (Single Dime Play) on 715 Memphis Grizzlies (+2,5) @ -110 / 1.91 on Bookmaker
