BKN’s offense as expected did everything they want against this terrible NYK’s perimeter defense. BKN’s was coming from a nice 16-27 3pts shooting performance in their last game vs. ATL, and they torched NYK’s defense w/ 14-38 3pts (36.8%) and missing SEVERAL open shots! NYK’s defense keeps switching and doubling unnecessarily and that was money for BKN’s shooters: 3-6 FG from 10-15feet, 9-10 FG from 16-23 feet and 14-38 3pts! NYK’s backcourt was simply pathetic… NYK ended the game w/ just 1-11 FG w/ 0-39 PPP on P&R’s ball handler plays while their frontcourt didn’t want to work down low vs. BKN undersized frontcourt: just 20 points in the paint w/ 10-30 FG near the basket – just awful!
