San Antonio was crushed at Oklahoma City in their last game, where they were on a bad back to back spot, but worse than that is that two of their starters left the game banged up: Parker left the game with soreness and Blair left the game after taking a hard fall. On the other side, Milwaukee is coming from 0-5 road trip, but besides their last game, they were competitive on their first four road games! The Bucks had some problems on defensive rebounding and paint defense, but Andrew Bogut is expected to return tonight to the lineup and this offers renewed hope that Milwaukee will turn things around this season.

Even though the Spurs have an excellent ball movement and they are #1 in the league in spot up plays with 1.16 PPP, Milwaukee's defense has always been excellent in close out shooters and they are right now the #4 best in the league in defending spot ups by allowing just 0.81 PPP! Bogut will matchup with Duncan tonight and this means that Spurs will be a perimeter oriented team once again. On the other side, Milwaukee's offense has been doing quite well at the rim, even without Bogut and San Antonio isn't a good rim defense, so there's an edge for the Bucks in this department. San Antonio has been having a big bench boosting the team, but Milwaukee has also a quite underrated second unit and considering the spot of Milwaukee for tonight, I expect a big game for them, good enough to take out the Spurs who aren't in a great moment right now.
