Once again, we have two teams
in here in absolutely horrible physical spots with this game being their
5th in 6 nights: b2b2b + 1 day rest + b2b! Even without Bargnani,
Toronto was competitive last night without Bargnani, as their backcourt
had a good game: Calderon 5-12 FG, DeRozan 8-15 FG and Barbosa 9-17 FG!
The problem is that the two starting players of the Raptors backcourt
played heavy minutes last night (41 minutes both!) and with no legs and
with no interior threats, Toronto's offense will easily be stopped by
Chicago's defense.
On the other side, Chicago is coming from a tough game at Boston
last night, where coach Thibs simply didn't use his bench! Kyle Korver
was the player coming off the bench who played more minutes with just 15
minutes! Toronto is the league's best team in defending the rim and so,
the Bulls will have to shoot tonight from the outside, but with such
physical tough spot, I don't expect them to shoot well tonight.
Therefore, I see value on the under in here.
