Soccer World Cup Free Play 06/20: France vs. Switzerland

Soccer World Cup Play: France vs. Switzerland

Here we go again w/ Under Play…

It’s quite easy to read this Suisse team: they are super compact, well organized defensively and play mostly w/ a conservative mindset. Their first game vs. Ecuador ended up w/ 3 goals, but note that the first two goals came from set pieces plays while the last one was actually the last play of the game in a quick counter move from them – they didn’t create many chances from build-up plays. I expect them to be conservative in here… they’ll accept the natural favoritism of the French side and will be fine with that.

I’ve made a play w/ France to win this group so our position is just fine after France demolished Honduras 3-0 in the first game. Both teams have powerful physical midfield units and so, the defensive coverage of both units usually is exceptional.

France is clearly the best team in here especially in terms of overall offensive talent but against a well organized defense, they could struggle a bit. I would have played them ML w/ odds near plus money (+100 / 2.00), but it was impossible to find such prices.

Pick: 3 units (Single Dime Play) on Under 2.5 Goals @ -135 / 1.74 on Bookmaker
