NBA Premium Play 01/10: Cleveland Cavaliers @ Utah Jazz

NBA - 515 Cleveland Cavaliers @ 516 Utah Jazz

Projected line: Utah by 2 points

***TOP PLAY***

***DOUBLE DIME PLAY - SPLIT THE WAGER***
Utah is 4-0 on their last 4 games and they are coming confident for this game. However, their offense has been subpar, as they scored just 94, 85, 94 and 88 points on their winning streak, while their defense has been good enough to allow them to win all four games! Utah's offense relies on their frontcourt and scoring near the basket, as they are trying 30,2% FG at the rim and 18,8% from 3-9 feet. Curiously, Cleveland is a good defensive team on this area by allowing just 57% FG at the rim and 36% FG allowed from 3-9 feet! That's Top 15 numbers! Cleveland's defense is underrated near the basket, but this has been one of the main reasons for them to be competitive early on! With the Cavs doing a good job in stopping the Jazz frontline, Utah will struggle, as they terrible in shooting from the outside: 27# on spot up plays with just 0.80 PPP and 27% 3pts this season! Utah has also been a good team on transitions by taking advantage of Harris' speed, but they will be facing tonight the best defensive team in the league on transition plays by allowing just 0.77 PPP!

On the other side, Cleveland's offense was stopped in their last game, as they couldn't handle the defensive pressure of Portland and ended up committing 24 turnovers, with that being one of the main reasons why I took Portland -10,5 on that game on a Triple Dime Play! The Cavs offense is well balanced, they have a super energetic bench and they have a good outside game. Utah's defense isn't an elite unit, especially on the perimeter and therefore, Cleveland will have their chances tonight. I expect Cleveland to perform much better than most people expect them tonight and so, I'll take them in here on a Double Dime Play!

Pick: 1 unit on 515 Cleveland Cavaliers ML @ +235 / 3.35 on Bookmaker
Pick: 3 units on 515 Cleveland Cavaliers (+6,5) @ -110 / 1.91 on Bookmaker
