NFL Week 7 Premium Play 10/21: Minnesota Vikings @ New York Giants

NFL Week 7 - 423 Minnesota Vikings @ 424 New York Giants

Projected Line: NY Giants by 7 points

I believe the Giants will finally pick up their first win of the season tonight and in comfortable fashion. Even with some errors, Eli Manning continues to give a lot of verticality into his team's passing game, with the help of Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks. They will be facing a poor and completely depleted Vikings secondary that will be missing FS Harrison Smith from its starting lineup. If we add to this the fact that Minnesota's pass rush has been very disappointing this season (10 sacks in 5 games), the Giants will have a huge edge on offense via their passing game that should allow them to pick up a very high number of points in here.

On the other hand, Josh Freeman will make his debut for the Vikings and so, I don't believe that he will be very coordinated with the receiving corps that doesn't have a lot of quality neither. Of course there's Adrian Peterson, but the Giants' run defense has been surprisingly good on this early season and they should limit Peterson to acceptable numbers, especially with Minnesota's passing game not being a huge threat to the Giants' defense. Therefore, I believe that the Giants have all the necessary conditions to pick up an easy win tonight and so, I'll be taking them in here.

Pick: 3 units (Single Dime Play) on 424 New York Giants (-3,5) @ -110 / 1.91 on Betonline
