Washington lost at Memphis last night, in a game where their offense was great in the first quarter and a complete disaster in the other three quarters. Sure Memphis's great defense was a big factor for that, but the truth is that the Wizards looked very poor on offense, as the Grizzlies were able to stop John Wall and without him playing well, the rest of their offense simply collapses. On the other hand, San Antonio is coming from a blowout win over the Bobcats at home, in another proof that when they rested, they simply crush their opponent. They finally had a good perimeter shooting game with 9-16 3pts, while they also looked good on the down low with 24-31 FG.
Considering the fact that the Wizards are on a back to back spot tonight, San Antonio will do what to do every time this season when they are rested and facing teams on back to back spots at home: they will push up the pace and they will destroy their opponents with their depth. They average a pace of 94.23 on this kind of games, in comparison to their season average of 92.76. Therefore, I believe this will be a fast paced game, with San Antonio having a huge offensive game, while the Wizards should be able to produce some decent offense tonight, on an up and down games, especially with a bounce back game from John Wall. Therefore, I'll be taking the Over in here.
