NBA Premium Play 03/15: Charlotte Bobcats @ Toronto Raptors

NBA - 805 Charlotte Bobcats @ 806 Toronto Raptors

Projected Line: Toronto by 15 points

Charlotte took advantage of Boston's terrible spot, who had no legs to defend Charlotte's guards. Gerald Henderson had 11-19 FG and 12-12 FT for 35 points, while Kemba Walker and Ben Gordon also had nice performances to give the Bobcats a nice perimeter shooting game with 8-18 (44.5%) FG from 16-23 feet and 6-17 3pts! Charlotte will now play at Toronto and the Bobcats's offense is likely to have problems against the athletic Raptors's backcourt. Toronto is #5 in the league on pick and roll ball handler defense with 0.74 PPP allowed and they have been having the same numbers since the All Star break, so Charlotte's offense won't be successful on pick and rolls tonight and without them, their offense has no solutions to be at least decent.

Toronto's offense has been average with some problems with their poor ball movement and lack of offensive flow. This is why they heavily struggle against good defensive teams that force them to play on half court sets. However, that won't happen today against Charlotte, who is not only a weak defensive team, as they also like to play at a fast pace and that will only benefit Toronto's offense. The Bobcats's defense has been horrible in almost every area: pick and rolls, pot ups, spot ups, so Toronto will have good offensive edges tonight on the backcourt and especially on the frontcourt, where Amir Johnson and Jonas Valanciunas should completely outplay the Bobcats's raw frontcourt unit. Therefore, I expect a clear blowout win for the Raptors tonight and so, I'll be taking them in here.

Pick: 3 units (Single Dime Play) on 806 Toronto Raptors (-12) @ -110 / 1.91 on Bookmaker
