These two teams are very similar in both ends of the floor, with a matchup that favors a low scoring game. We are talking about two teams with no inside threat. Al Horford continues to be out due to injury and Elton Brand isn't the inside force he once was. So, this game will be an outside shooting fest and whoever will shoot better from the perimeter will win the game. Philadelphia's defense has conditions to limit Josh, Johnson and McGrady, as their perimeter defense is excellent and actually in the first game of the series, this was exactly proved, with Johnson shooting 3-8 FG, Josh 5-15 FG and McGrady 3-7 FG! Even though I expect Atlanta to do a little bit better offensively than what they did in Philadelphia, the truth is that the Hawks will struggle offensively, with Holiday guarding Teague, Iguodala guarding Johnson and Young guarding Josh!
On the other side, Philadelphia is coming from a big game last night against Miami, where they could hang around with the Heat until the final quarter. In that game, their offense was very limited on the outside with 3-29 FG from 16-23 feet and 5-13 3pts! Atlanta is in bounce back mode after their no effort in their last game against Memphis, so I expect a good defensive game from the Hawks tonight. In the last game between these two teams, the pace was super slow with 86.4 and today, I expect the same to happen, as it fits the playing style of both teams. Therefore, looking at all these facts, I'll be taking the under in here.
