I expect Sacramento to be capable of pulling a big effort tonight on this rate national TV game for them. T
he most interesting head-to-head matchup will be Westbrook and Evans. They are both young, physical, explosive guards and we know that Westbrook relishes the individual match-up challenges, however note that the Thunder have had some problems in stopping quick and aggressive PG's! Monta had 18-29 FG 48pts against them and Parker 16-29 FG 42pts! With Evans being played better lately, I expect a huge game from him tonight! With Sefolosha being out, Thornton will have an easier matchup tonight, as Harden/Cook are sharing the minutes at the SG position and both are poor defenders!
Even though Durant will have a big edge over any Kings player today, Sacramento should have an edge on offensive rebounding today! Oklahoma City hasn't been a good rebounding team lately and considering the Kings' good backcourt scoring punch, they should also take advantage of the poor transition defense of Oklahoma City, who is just ranked #24 while allowing 1.16 PPP! I also expect a brutal difference in terms of effort. This game means a lot more for Sacramento, especially considering their current situation in the franchise. With their edge on offensive rebounds, backcourt and mindset, I expect Sacramento to make this game close and so, I'll take them today!
