NBA Premium Play 03/10: Utah Jazz @ Chicago Bulls

NBA - 511 Utah Jazz @ 512 Chicago Bulls

Projected line: Chicago by 15 points

Utah completely collapsed in the second half last night in Philadelphia. The Sixers had a huge edge in the backcourt against Utah, as Iguodala shot 5-5 FG, Turner 7-12 FG and Louis 6-10 FG, while on the other side Utah scored 52 points in the paint and shot 23-33 FG at the rim. The problem for the Jazz was that their outside shooting was terrible and that was the only reason why they lost by double digits, as Utah shot 4-19 FG from 16-23 feet and 3-11 3pts! Still, the Jazz were able to make a good management on their effort, as Big Al was the player with more time on the court and with just 32 minutes!

On the other hand, Chicago is coming from a home loss against Orlando, where the Magic were on fire in the 1st quarter. It's impossible to defend them when they are super hot, but the Bulls eventually made a comeback but then fell short down the stretch. Unlike the Sixers yesterday, Chicago has the frontcourt to stop Utah's frontcourt on this contest and so, we can't expect the Jazz to have another great game on the inside, as after all, Chicago is allowing just 57% FG at the rim for the season with 51% FG since the All Star break, while they are also just allowing 37% FG from 3-9 feet! Utah has been very well on rebounding, but they will face the fired up Bulls, who are the best rebounding team in the league! We can also see another strong game from Derrick Rose, as the Jazz's biggest PER differential is at PG and Rose has averaged 24.7 PPG on 50% FG and 47% from behind the 3PT line against Utah in his career!

Another factor to consider is that the Bulls have yet to lose back-to-back games so far this season and in fact, in the eight games the Bulls have played following a loss, they have won them all by an average of 11.5 points! CHI will pack the paint e make Utah to shoot from the perimeter, where they have a complete disaster. Therefore, I expect a bounce back from Chicago tonight with a huge win and so, I'll take the Bulls in here.

Pick: 3 units (Single Dime Play) on 512 Chicago Bulls (-11) @ -110 / 1.91 on Bookmaker
