NBA Premium Play 04/08: Toronto Raptors @ Oklahoma City Thunder

NBA - 709 Toronto Raptors @ 710 Oklahoma City Thunder

Projected line: Oklahoma City by 17 points

Oklahoma City is returning home after losing on the road in Miami and then in Indiana, being now in a 3-games losing streak. Obviously, this is a huge bounce back spot for them. This season, when they were on a similar spot by being big home favorites and after losing with more than 1 day to rest, they crushed Houston by 109-94, Golden State by 110-87 and Portland by 111-95! The Thunder's offense will have some considerable edges today, as Westbrook will absolutely crush any opponent Toronto sends to guard him, even if Calderon eventually plays, as the Spanish is way too slow to stop him.

On the other side, the two main offensive players of the Raptors, DeRozan and Bargnani, will have tough matchups today in Sefolosha and Ibaka. Toronto started the season by being an underrated defensive team, but their good defense has been missing for a while now, as they don't protect the rim as good as before by allowing 65% FG at the rim in their last 5 games, while they are averaging just 59% FG for the season. They've also been terrible in defending ISO plays (#29) and P&R ball handler (#25), two areas where Oklahoma City's offense is actually leading the league in effectiveness. With such a strong bounce back spot and a very favorable matchup, I believe this will be a statement game for the Thunder, who will absolutely crush Toronto today. Therefore, I'll be taking Oklahoma City in here.

Pick: 3 units (Single Dime Play) on 710 Oklahoma City Thunder (-12,5) @ -110 / 1.91 on Bookmaker
