Washington has 18 wins right now and even if they win this game, they will remain in the same spot in the standings and therefore with the same chances of getting a great draft pick in the next draft. So, they don't need to tank this game, unlike Cleveland, who is tied with some teams in the standings and "can't afford" to win this game or they'll see their draft chances getting worse.
Besides that, the Wizards have been playing well and they are now even on a winning streak. Nene and Seraphin have been dominating the boards lately and the whole team is showing good chemistry. On the other hand, Cleveland won't have Irving in the lineup tonight and without him, they are quite limited on offense. Therefore, looking at these facts, I'll be taking the Wizards tonight.
